Key Team Members

  • Dale Ledbetter: Dale Ledbetter spent over 30 years in the securities industry, serving as EVP/Branch Manager of Meridian Bancorp Securities and as COO of Countrywide Securities in Los Angeles. Mr. Ledbetter is a graduate of the George Washington University Law Center, is a member of the Bar in Florida, Tennessee and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association and represents Claimants throughout the United States. He is also a member of the National Speakers Association and speaks frequently on securities related matters. 

  • G. Robert “Bob” DeLoach, Jr.: Bob DeLoach spent over twenty years in the securities industry working with financial institutions in connection with their fixed income investments. He served as Senior Vice President of Mesirow Financial and Meridian Bancorp Capital Markets. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and is a member of the Bar in South Carolina and Indiana. Mr. DeLoach is also a FINRA Dispute Resolution arbitrator. 

  • Adam Nativ: Adam Nativ was born in Miami Beach, Florida and graduated from Syracuse University in 2001 with a degree in Political Science. Subsequently, Adam graduated from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 2005 where he received honors in recognition of his pro bono work as an intern with the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. Mr. Nativ has represented institutional and individual clients in all phases of securities and commercial litigation. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Florida Southern District. His areas of expertise include securities litigation, commercial litigation, construction litigation, creditors' rights, general commercial law, general civil litigation, real estate, real property litigation, family law and intellectual property law.
